Utilizing our personal network of investors in conjunction with our marketing tools , we contacted and identified multiple automotive groups that currently owned multiple dealerships with diversified brands. In doing so, we were able to obtain multiple offers which gave our owner the opportunity to select the best offer that suited their sale price point and time frame. 

 

Results: 

  • Represented owner and sold investment with below average market CAP rate within target timeframe. 

  • Represented Investor in the purchase of a leased investment with a newly executed 5-year lease with 4% annual increases and with additional (2) 5- year extensions.
